BOOKING PROCEDURE

To book our Parisia apartments for your holiday in Paris, we would recommend you to follow the steps here below :

• Step 1 : Please fill in the Reservation Form by selecting either one or both our Parisia apartment rentals in Paris
• Step 2 : Please wait for our reply concerning the availability of the selected Paris apartments and the payment system
• Step 3 : You will receive our reply confirming the availability along with the payment system which is available for 2 business days. If the selected Paris apartment and any of our Paris apartments is not available for the requested period of time, you will receive a suggestion to effect your reservation with the other websites which are the most reliable in Paris.
• Step 4 : If the selected Paris apartment is available, please pay the downpayment of 25% of the total rental value of the selected Paris apartment.
• Step 5 : Please inform us that you have effected your downpayment to enable us to immediately hold the selected Paris apartment for you
• Step 6 : You receive our message informing you that we immediately hold the selected Paris apartment for you
• Step 7 : As soon as we receive your downpayment, you will get the information concerning the selected Paris apartment details, contact numbers, apartment address, balance amount to be paid and the security deposit
• Step 8 : Please let us know your arrival time in Paris and/or your estimated arrival time at the apartment
• Step 9 : Upon your arrival in Paris, please phone us to enable us to welcome you in the selected Paris apartment
• Step 10 : When you arrive in the selected Paris apartment, you will sign the rental contract, pay the balance of the rental fee, and leave us the security deposit of 300 euros, receive the keys to your selected Paris apartment keys
• Step 11 : Enjoy your stay in Paris
• Step 12 : On the day of your departure, you will be kindly asked to leave the Paris apartment in its initial state and fully cleaned. We will reimbourse you the security deposit and you will return us the Paris apartment keys.
